Because we are set back within a professional complex, the entrance can be easy to miss the first time.
Follow the steps below and you’ll arrive confidently and on time.
Overview: Where We’re Located
We are located just off Route 1 in The Commons at Chadds Ford, across from Chadds Ford Tavern.
If you are coming from Route 1, you’ll turn onto Commons Court right before you reach Chadds Ford Tavern. The key is knowing when to slow down, look for the landmark signs, and enter the professional complex.
Step-by-Step Directions
Step 1: Watch for This Landmark on Route 1
As you drive along Route 1, look for the yellow road sign near Harvey Rd / Heyburn Rd.
This is your cue to slow down and prepare to turn right onto Commons Court.
Step 2: Turn Into Commons Court and Follow the Curve
Turn onto Commons Court and follow the road up into the complex.
For standard parking, park near the courtyard-style buildings.
Accessible Parking:
For step-free access, continue up the hill, make the first left, and drive to the end of the parking lot. A sidewalk there leads to our office without using the courtyard stairs.

Step 3: Head Toward the Courtyard Walkway
Look for the sign that reads:
“Walkway to Courtyard Suites 127–140.”
Walk toward the stairs and head up to the second level.
Take the stairs up and continue along the walkway.
Step 4: At Suite 140, Turn Right
You are now entering the courtyard level where the suites are located.
When you reach Suite 140, use it as your landmark.
Turn right here to continue to our office.
Step 5: You’ve Arrived at Our Office
You’ll see the entrance for Eunson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry – Suite 131
Come right in, our team will be ready to welcome you.
